3 Month Struggle starts now. (6 pack, great muscle gains, etc.) This week marks almost a year since my first transformation. This summer will be my next transformation. This will be the transformation that makes me look good. This is gonna be so much harder then my first but when I come back to school, I should look different. This is what I do:
Diet:
3 meals a day. Ascending in calories and Descending in Carbs.
1st Meal Hi carbs-Granola bar/Protein Bar
2nd Meal Moderate Carbs-Meat with a small amount of whole wheat starch
3rd Meal No Carbs-Meat Dinner with vegatables
Any Snacking that I do is with apples or jerky
One cheat meal, friday or saturday
Excercize:
50 minutes of cardio a day with targeted muscle groups for weight lifting
Results:
Become RIPPED. Possibly a 6 pack if Im super commited. Higher confidence in myself
